Who teaches the class?The workout teacher for this session is Bri Hills. She is an exercise enthusiast and has lots of exprence creating exercise routines. Naomi Luchka will be leading the disscussion section of the evenings.

What the facility is like?Soulfit is held in the basement of a church. There is a kitchen to fill your water bottles. There are no showers or change rooms, though you may use the washrooms if needed. The building is wheelchair accessible.

Where are you located? Is there parking?We are located on Edmonton trail. Our address in 2911 Edmonton Trail NE. There is a large parking lot around the build that can be used.

What is the 'Healthy snack'? Will their be allergy options?The snack will change from week to week. It could be engery bites, fruit, veggies, etc. If you have an allergy or sensitivity let us know you're coming and will try to bring a snack that suits your needs.

How much do the classes cost?Free! Soulfit is offered free of charge.

Can I bring my kids?There is a playroom with toys and books that children can use, however, there will be no childcare or adult supervision provided at this time.

How long are classes?The session runs for 10 weeks and the classes aim to be an hour long. The class will start at 7:00pm with a half hour workout. The workout will be followed by a half hour discussion on that week’s topic. (see ‘Classes’ tab for more details)

Do I need to bring anything to the class?We sugest you bring your a water bottle, yoga mat, and indoor shoes. It is suggested that you also bring a notebook and pen for the discussion time and a Bible if you have one.
